The Patient Relations Specialists and Representatives in the Department of Consumer Affairs are dedicated to advocating for your healthcare rights, educating you about our policies and procedures, and serving as your liaisons to physicians and staff. We are here to accomodate any special needs and address your questions or concerns. We see to establish strong relationships with our patients by providing a prompt service that is fair, objective, and caring.
Office Locations and Hours
We have offices on the first and third floors of the Link Building, as well as the fourth floor of the Donna A. Sanzari Women's Hospital. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
