Ingredients: all organic if possible please
Arugula
Dandelion greens
Purple mustard greens
Spinach
Purple romaine
Swiss Chard
Basil
Tomatoes
Scallions
Yellow onions
Carrots
Celery
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil- cold pressed organic virgin
Fresh marjoram
Fresh oregano
Sea salt and pepper
Directions:
1.Wash all vegetables, cut and dice into tiny pieces…
2.Dice and dice and then dice again
3.prepare dressing : ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, ½ cup oil,
dice up the marjoram and oregano, add sea salt and pepper to taste
whisk until mixed.
4.Toss the vegetables in with the dressing in a large bowl and serve
Serves: It is based upon how many vegetables you utilize.
