Deirdre's Vegetarian Sloppy Joe On The Go

So quick, So easy for those days when the family is on the go but wants that comfort food- but made healthy! "
Ingredients:
Meatless crumbles 1 bag - I use Quorn meatless grounds, you can also use tempeh or other meatless veggie choices
1 TBS. of organic turmeric powder
1 organic yellow onion
1 TBS. organic virgin cold pressed olive oil
Arrabbiata sauce- 1 jar (any brand that you like) or a basic pasta sauce will do
Organic slider buns
Preparation: pre-heat oven 300 degrees (for the slider buns)
1. Chop and dice up the onion, put in a pan with 1 TBS. olive
oil and sautee for 5 minutes.
2. add the meatless crumbles and stir in and cook
3. add the turmeric and then the sauce stiring everything
together and cook on medium heat for about 5 more
minutes or until desired
4. Heat up the slider buns in the oven at 300 degrees for 5
Minutes.
Pull out of oven and serve the Sloppy Joe meatless mix over the bun and serve hot. Voila !! super easy!

Prep time- 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time – 15 minute meal
