Imus Greening The Cleaning® Joins National Health Organization Supporting Environmental Practices

Practice Greenhealth provides practical guidance, training, consultation, and business solutions to help its members in their efforts to implement environmentally responsible practices.   More than 1,000 healthcare providers have joined Practice Greenhealth since 2008, indicating the growing commitment among the healthcare community to reduce its environmental impact.

In addition, Imus GTC® products are filled and nationally distributed by another not-for-profit organization - the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Utica, NY whose mission is to assist people who are blind or visually impaired achieve their highest levels of independence.

     The Deirdre Imus Environmental Health Center® at Hackensack University Medical Center, a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, represents one of the first hospital-based programs whose specific mission is to identify, control and ultimately prevent toxic exposures in the environment that threaten our children’s health.  100% of all profits from Imus GTC® products go to the Environmental Health Center for supporting the Greening The Cleaning® program in addition to funding education and research.
