Cold Pasta Salad for Everyone

This is a great dish to make all year round for family, parties, last minute get togethers and for the Big Game!

2 Lbs. of rigatoni, penne or fusilli organic pasta 
2 Cups of organic red peppers- cut chunky slices
1 Cup of quartered red radishes
2 Bunches of organic scallions chopped up
4 Big organic carrots chopped up
5 Stalks of organic celery chopped up
1 Bunch of broccoli chopped up
Sea salt and pepper
Organic Caesar or Ranch Dressing of your choice
1. Boil water for pasta. While you’re doing that chop up all the veggies.

2. Cook pasta for usually 8 minutes and rinse off in colander.

3. Pour pasta evenly into two big bowls.

4. Add the chopped veggies evenly in both bowls.

5.Toss together and then add your dressing, toss again and add salt and pepper to your liking.

6.You may also like to just toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
