{ I recommend using all Organic- Non-GMO ingredients}

 

Ingredients:

1         Cup almond flour

1/4      Cup Collagen hydrolysate { I Recommend a Collagen that is Grass-Fed & Pasture-raised such as Great Lakes Gelatin or Vital Proteins Collagen}

1/2      Cup maple syrup

1/3      Cup of almond butter

1/4      Cup dark chocolate chips

1         Teaspoon vanilla extract

1         Pinch of pink himalayan seasalt

 

Directions:

1. Mix all your dry ingredients such as your almond flour, collagen, and Pink Himalayan sea salt in a bowl.

2. Mix in your wet ingredients into your dry, such as your maple syrup, almond butter, and dark chocolate chips until it is cookie dough.

3. Roll about 1-2 tablespoons of your batter into your palm and roll. Place them into the freezer and enjoy! They last about 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
