Cottage Cheese, Hearts and Chives Oh My!

Organic Cottage Cheese - 2 % or 4 % fat ( I prefer Kalona Super Natural organic brand) 
Organic Hemp Hearts ( I prefer Manitoba Harvest organic)
Organic chives and scallions
Preparation: takes 5 minutes!
scoop out 4 Tablespoons of cottage cheese into a bowl, chop up 2 large scallions/chives as seen here and sprinkle 
3 tablespoons of hemp hearts over the cheese and voila!
This is a wonderful breakfast, snack, mini meal or side dish. Contains plenty of protein, good fats and Omega 3 & 6.
