Cranberry Baked Oatmeal

The Holliday Season is here and there is nothing more festive and comforting than a bowl of Cranberry Baked Oats! This bowl is packed with nourishment to keep you full and energized for longer. Who says breakfast can’t taste like a dessert?
{Vegan, Gluten-free, & Refined Sugar-free}
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Oatmeal

1 Cup of Almond milk ( or dairy-free milk of choice)

1/2 Of a ripe banana

1/4 Cup of cranberries
-
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Sugar / Raw Honey ( Optional)

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
A Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Toppings ( Optional )-
-
1 Tablespoon of your favorite nut butter ( Almond butter tastes amazing)

A sprinkle of cacao nibs
-
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In an oven safe bowl mix your Oats, Almond milk ( or dairy-free milk of choice) Mashed Banana, Coconut Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Himalayan Sea Salt. Mix 1/2 of the cranberries into your oatmeal, and place the other half of cranberries on top.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

Once your delicious oats are done, place your toppings on and enjoy!
