Energizing Acai Bowl

This pretty bowl is packed from bottom to top with antioxidants, fiber, protein, vitamins, & minerals! Not to mention it tastes delicious! Instead of going to cafes to get acai bowls now you can make your own.  And it tastes way better made by you! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or maybe even dinner.

Ingredients: 

1      Frozen banana 

1      Packet of unsweetened acai 

1/2   Cup frozen mango

1/2   Blueberries

1      Cup coconut water

Optional: 1 scoop plant based protein powder 

Directions:

How to make: It's so easy, just  put all the ingridents in a blender and blend ! It's that easy! Depending on the consistency you want, you can play around with the liquid, less will make it more thick and creamy and more will make it more smoothie like! Now onto toppings!

Toppings:

1/2    Sliced banana 

3-4    Sliced strawberries

1/4    Cup blueberries

1       Tablespoon of almond butter

2-3    Tablespoons of unsweetened coconut shreds

 

Optional: A drizzle of raw agave
