Fall Harvest Pumpkin Hummus

Fall Harvest Pumpkin Hummus is the perfect dip for autumn! Tasty, nutritious, and packed with vitamins, protein, and antioxidants to keep you satisfied and energized. Tastes amazing paired with vegetables, pretzels, on sandwiches, or salads! Not to mention, it makes the show stopper platter for autumn parties.
{ Gluten-free, dairy-free, & refined sugar-free}
I recommend using all Organic-non GMO ingredients
Ingredients:
1 Can chickpeas
1/4 Cup pumpkin purée
2 Tablespoons tahini
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1/2 Lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon cumin
1 Pinch of black pepper
1 Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Toppings:
1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
You will need:
High speed Blender or Food Professor
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender!
Blend until the hummus is a smooth-yet thick consistency.
Top with your pumpkin seeds, add your veggies, or add to a salad, and enjoy!
