Grain Salad

Enjoy this healthy and delicious dish anytime.

Ingredients:

 
1    Cup cooked quinoa 
6    Radishes with top and root removed,
1/2 inch diced 
 
About 24 snow peas, deveined and finely sliced 
2    Scallions, thinly sliced on an angle 
About 1/3 cup Muirhead Herbes de Provence Vinaigrette
½   Tsp dijon mustard (optional) 
Sea salt, to taste

Directions:
 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Allow grain salad to sit for 30 minutes to develop flavors.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.  If serving the next day then mix vinaigrette into the grain salad 30 minutes before serving.
