Greening Your Life, Vol. 8 / No. 3, September 2013

September 2013 Vol. 8 , No. 3

Dear Friends,

September is a time of new beginnings, especially for children.  At the DIEHC, we’ve been working over the summer to provide you tools for this new season. This issue, Dr. Rosen writes on "The Holistic Athlete", featuring natural tips for optimal performance. Samantha Hekeler covers healthy tips for teens, and holistic nurse Maureen McDonnell delivers the story on getting healthy before getting pregnant.

Please join the Center's efforts to educate families about the Safe Chemicals Act of 2013.  Read our synopsis of the bill and why a stronger version of this legislation can make such a difference for every child.

Wishing you health and wellness,

Deirdre Imus
