Healthy Holiday Roasted Tricolor Carrots & Brussels Sprouts

An easy, simple, & tasty healthy Holiday dish everyone will love!




3-4     Cups of tri colored carrots( washed & peeled)

2        Cups Brussels sprouts

3        Tablespoons of olive oil

1        Tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1        Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

1/2     Teaspoon of salt

1/2     Teaspoon of crushed black pepper



Peel the carrots to remove the skin & wash them with the Brussels sprouts

Place the carrots and Brussels sprouts into a plastic bag because we will be marinating them

Add in the olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt, and crushed pepper into the bag to create flavorful mixture to marinate the vegetables in, this will ensure they are packed with flavor!

Let vegetable marinate for 25-30 minutes

After the vegetables are done marinating, take them out of the bag and place them on a tray into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes until they are cooked to golden brown! 

Once the vegetables are cooked, you can serve and enjoy!
