Pumpkin Spiced Waffles

Pumpkin Spice Waffles are the perfect fall breakfast! Topped with delicious sliced bananas, crushed pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

(dairy-free, all natural sugar, gluten free) 

I recommend using all Organic- Non GMO ingredients


1   Cup of whole wheat flour(or preferred flour) 

1   Cup almond milk

1   Tablespoon of coconut sugar

1    Teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 Tablespoon of baking powder

1/2 Tablespoon pumpkin spice

1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon

A pinch of salt


Toppings (optional) 

2 Tablespoons of raw pecans

2 Tablespoons of so delicious dairy free coconut whip

Sliced Banana

A drizzle of pure maple syrup


1.     Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl, flour, sugar, baking powder,pumpkin spice, cinnamon, a pinch of salt.
2.     Add in the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix , almond milk and vanilla extract.
3.     Spray your waffle maker with non stick spray or oil before adding batter in.
4.    Add the batter into waffle maker and wait for them to cook.
5.     Add the toppings, sprinkle some cinnamon and enjoy your delicious pumpkin spice waffles!

Serves 2: Makes 4 waffles
