Heavenly Plant - Based Veggie Stir Fry

Say Goodbye to unhealthy stir-fry! This Plant-based Stir-fry is filled with real-whole food ingredients to keep you satisfied and energized!
{ Dairy-free, Refined sugar-free, Gluten free, & Low-Sodium }
I recommend using all organic non GMO ingredients.
Ingredients:
-1/2 Of a block of non-GMO Tofu
-3 Small sliced bell peppers ( or 1/2 of a regular bell pepper)
-1/4 Cup of sliced white onion
-1/2 Cup of sliced mushrooms (whatever variety you like)
-2 Tablespoons of Tamari sauce ( or low sodium soy sauce / coconut aminos)
-1 Tablespoon of olive oil
-1/4 -1/2 Of a clove of chopped garlic
Optional:
-1 Tablespoon sesame for seasoning
-1 Cup of cauliflower or brown rice
-1 Sliced small avocado
-1 Small green or red leaf lettuce
Directions:

First put your olive oil and Tamari in a frying pan on a high heat

Once your olive-oil Tamari mixture is hot, place the garlic, peppers, mushrooms, white onion, and Tofu into your pan on a medium heat

Mix until the stir-fry is golden brown

Once it is done you can pair your stir-fry with cauliflower or brown rice, green lettuce w/avocado and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, or simply enjoy alone!
