{ Gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar free}

I recommend using all Organic NON-GMO ingredients

 

Ingredients:


1    Cup gluten- free oats

1/2 Cup of medjool dates (with pits removed)

1/2 Cup maple syrup

1/4 Cup of collagen

2    Tablespoons of cacao powder

1    Teaspoon peppermint extract

1    Teaspoon vanilla extract

1    Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

 

Toppings ( optional)

Hemp seeds

Shredded coconut

 

Directions:

Blend together the oatmeal, cacao, collagen, and pinch of salt into a high speed blender.

Add in the dates, maple syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract into the blender. Blend until it is dough mixed consistency.

Place the mixture into a bowl and leave it in the fridge for an hour until it is a firm dough.

Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and roll them into your hemp seeds, coconut shreds, or toppings of choiceand  enjoy!  You can store them in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
