Immunity Boost Ginger-Turmeric-Kale Juice

This Ginger-Tumeric-Kale juice is the perfect  immunity boost for the winter season! Packed with flavor, nutrients, and antioxidants to keep you feeling energized and satisfied! gGinger and turmeric have great medicinal properties for the immune system, and they also help relieve inflammation, indigestion, and support cardiovascular health! Enjoy the juice in a cup or a single shot glass of 3 tablespoons ! 

 

This recipe is: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, and Refined- sugar free 

{ I recommend using all Organic-NON GMO ingredients} 

 

Ingredients:

A high speed blender, juicer, or food processor 

 

Ingredients: 

1/2 Cup fresh organic ginger

1    Organic apple

1    Cup of organic kale 

1    Large organic carrot

2    Tablespoons of fresh organic turmeric

1    Cup of water 

 

Directions: 

Place your ginger, turmeric, and water into a blender until smooth! 

Add in your apple, kale, and carrot into your ginger-turmeric mixture! Blend until it is a juice! 

You can strain the pulp out from the top if you desire, or keep it as it is packed with fiber! 

Pour into a mason jar or shot glass of 2-3 tablespoons!
