Lemon Water With Chia Seeds
Ingredients:
Filtered water- 32 oz.
7 lemons
2 tablespoons of organic Chia seeds
Directions:
Pour 32 oz. of filtered water in a large pitcher. Wash 7 lemons, dry off, cut up in quarters and squeeze the juice into the pitcher and stir. Add 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds and stir. Let sit for 15 minutes or so, the seeds will absorb the water and look gel like- this is good. Put in refrigerator and chill until game time! Serve in small glasses, like 4 oz. it’s more fun.
