Super Loaded Oatmeal

Start your day with this antioxidant packed breakfast
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup organic instant rolled oats
1 Cup water
1/2 Tablespoon organic manukau honey
1 Tablespoon organic chia seeds
1 Heaping tbsp of gogi berries
1/4 Cup fresh organic berries
1/4 Cup organic crushed walnuts
Organic Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix water and oats in small sauce pan and cook on medium heat until oatmeal is a good consistency, about 1 minute.
Transfer to bowl and add honey, chia seeds and gogi berries and stir.
Top with fresh berries, add walnuts and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
Yield: 1 serving
