Say goodbye to boring oatmeal! These Outstanding Overnight Oats are loaded with flavor and nutrients to keep you satiated throughout the day. Perfect for when you want a healthy breakfast, lunch or on the go the next day. Simply just grab from your fridge and enjoy!

{ Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free, & refined sugar-free }

I recommend using all organic non GMO ingredients.


-1/2     Cup old fashion oats

-1        Tablespoon Chia seeds

-1        Cup of Almond-milk ( or preferred plant-based milk of choice)

-1        Pinch of Pink Himalayan sea salt for taste

( Optional)Toppings:

-1/4     Of a Banana

-1/4     Sliced Strawberries

-1/4     Cup Blueberries


1. Pour 1/2 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds, and one pinch of salt into a mason jar or a container with a lid.
2. Pour your 1 cup of Almond-milk , or preferred of choice, into your jar of oat-Chia mixture and mix until it is a thick consistency!
3. Close your oatmeal and place in the fridge overnight or 3-4 hours, then enjoy!
