Fall is here and the perfect way to celebrate is by drinking this nutritious Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. Packed with healthy plant-based fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to keep you satisfied and fueled through your fall day. Now you can enjoy your slice of pumpkin pie without any processed ingredients or additives! Perfect to make for breakfast, lunch, or even dessert!

I recommend using all Organic Non-GMO Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1 1/2 Cups Of Cashew / Plant-Based Milk
1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
1 Teaspoon of Almond Butter
1 Teaspoon of Hemp Seed
1 Teaspoon of Chia
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Additional Toppings:
Pumpkin Seeds
A Sprinkle or Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place your hemp, chia, and pumpkin seeds into a blender along with your spices. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
2. After you have a smooth seed and spice consistency, add in your banana, pumpkin, almond butter, and plant based milk of choice into the blender!
3. Blend until you have a smooth consistency! Once you are done you can pour into a glass or bowl and top it off with some pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, or granola!
4. Enjoy!
