At the Ranch, kids and cowboys really love it when we serve these for desert. With so many flavors and toppings to choose from, the possible combinations seem limitless.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
I recommend using all organic non GMO ingredients.

Ingredients:

4      Scoops chocolate, strawberry or mint nondairy ice cream or ice cream of your choice.
2      Bananas, peeled, cut in half crosswise and then lengthwise to make 8 pieces.
1/2   Cup yummy chocolate glaze
1/2   Cup raspberry / banana puree
1/2   Cup chopped walnuts
1      Cup minced fresh pineapple

Directions:

Place a scoop of ice cream in each of 4 sundae cups. Put a piece of banana on either side of the ice

cream. Top with the sauces, the nuts, and the pineapple.  Serve at once.

Makes 4 Servings
