Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These healthy treats make great hors d'oeuvres for any occasion.





50 organic (if possible) brussels sprouts
Organic first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt


Preheat oven to 425 degrees

1. Place all 50 brussels sprouts on cookie sheet with a silpat mat (or any silicone mat).bsprouts2

2. Pour 1/3 cup of the olive oil in a small dish.

3. Use a food brush to brush the olive oil on all the sprouts.

4. Grind the sea salt over them and place in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Take out of oven and place on serving platter and put a toothpick in each one to serve as an hors d’oeuvre.
