Southwest Wrap

Get a taste of the southwest in this delicious wrap. Serve it with a little pasta and it satisfies any appetite.


6        12 inch tomato or spinach wrap
1        15 ounce can of black beans, drained 
1 1/2  Cups roma tomatoes, chopped  
1        Cup red bell pepper, chopped  
1        Can rotel, drained 
2        Teaspoons cilantro, fresh  
1        Tablespoon chili powder  
2        Tablespoons garlic, fresh, chopped 
1/2     Cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1. Combine black beans, roma tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, Rotel, cilantro, chili powder and fresh garlic.
2. Lay out wraps, spread black bean mixture, top with lettuce and roll up.
3. Cut each wrap in half or as small as needed.

Serving Suggestion: Serve one half of sandwich with ½ cup of pasta.
