Summer Cool Fruit Salad

I recommend using all organic non GMO ingredients.

There's nothing more refreshing - or good for you - than a bowl of sweet, ripe fruit. This one is as pretty as it is satisfying to eat. If all the fruits aren't available or there are others you prefer, let your imagination inspire your own substitutions.

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2    Cup peeled, pitted, and diced mango
1       Cup blueberries
1       Cup raspberries
1       Cup blackberries
1       Cup stemmed and sliced strawberries
3       Bananas, peeled and diced into rounds
3       Kiwis, peeled and sliced
1       Cup seedless grapes
1/2    Cup dried, unsweetened coconut
1/2    Cup raw unrefined sugar

Combine all the fruit in a large decorative bowl and toss well. Sprinkle with the coconut and add the sugar. The sugar will naturally break down to coat the fruit, but feel free to toss the salad until the distribution of colors and flavors is to your liking. Keep refridgerated until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings
