Superfood Chia Pudding

Nourish your body and brain with this nutrient-packed Super Chia Pudding! This superfood Chia is full of essential Omega-3 fatty acids, healthy fats, antioxidants, protein, calcium, fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, and so much more! It’s delicious and super easy to make when you are in a pinch for time, and it’s a healthy- filling meal. It is a perfect breakfast, lunch, snack, or even dessert!
{Gluten-free, Dairy-free, & Refined Sugar-free}
(I recommend using all Organic Ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 Cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Maca powder
- ½ Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- ½ cup of strawberries / fruit of choice
Directions:

Place 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds into a jar, then pour in 1 cup of vanilla almond milk, and maple syrup and then mix with a spoon.

Then add in Maca, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into the mixture and thoroughly mix again with a spoon.

Place Chia seed mixture into the fridge with a lid/cover, it will thicken overnight, it typically takes 6-8 hours to thicken completely

Once your Chia seed pudding is thick, transfer to a bowl, place your fruit of choice on top and enjoy!
