Tasting the Rainbow
The HUMC TO HOME Farm Stand at Hackensack University Medical Center is back! We kicked off our second year on the medical center campus on August 19 with an array of produce from local farms in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
The farm stand provides easy access to fresh fruits and vegetables for our team members, patients, and community. It’s a great place to grab something for dinner and to discover things you’ve never seen before. Have you ever tried a husk cherry, garlic scape, or a canary melon?
