Vanilla Blueberry Oatmeal

Say goodbye to boring and bland oatmeal! And hello to a supercharged start to your day.  You will never see oatmeal the same ever again! There’s nothing bland and boring with this dressed up bowl of goodness.
This bowl is packed with healthy complex-carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fats, & antioxidants to keep you full and thriving through your day. Not to mention it’s affordable and quick to make when you’re in a hurry.  Be prepared to be craving oats everyday! 

{Gluten-free, Dairy-free, & Refined sugar free!} 

Ingredients: 

1      Cup organic rolled oats

1      Cup vanilla almond milk

1      Cup water

 

Toppings:

1/2   Cup of frozen organic blueberries

1/2   Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

1      Tablespoon of natural peanut butter

 

Directions:
1. Place water and almond milk in a small pot on the stove until it comes to a boil.

2. Place the oats in the water and (lower flame)cook to desired texture, make sure you stir your oats.

3. Once the oats are cooked place them in a bowl and add on your toppings! (I recommend adding the frozen blueberries on first so they melt the fastest, they will taste like a delicious syrup/compote!)

4. Enjoy your delicious Vanilla Blueberry Oatmeal and have a great day!
