Winter Newsletter 2014

December 2014 Vol. 9/No. 4
Dear Friends,
With winter upon us, wellness is at the top of everyone’s wish list. In this issue, discover a new level of health for you – and every loved one - with tips from holistic nurse Maureen McDonnell. Her insights in disease prevention and healing, based upon 37 years of integrative nursing, are easy to follow and will help us all feel great into the new year and beyond.
Integrative pediatrician Dr. Lawrence Rosen addresses the health concerns of our most vulnerable - babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – to encourage us all to be advocates for kids’ environmental health. After all, it’s up to us to give our babies the best beginning, free of potentially harmful contaminants that can cause adverse health outcomes. This is the focus of groundbreaking, ongoing research at the Center and of our appeal to all of you to join in our efforts to protect our children’s health.
In celebration of this time of year, discover a bounty of stay-well recipes to turn party time into an opportunity to nourish your friends and family.
Wishing health and wellness to you and yours this season and into 2015.
