High Blood Pressure May Double Your Risk of Dying From COVID

In the top 10 leading causes of death listed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, diabetes and high blood pressure contribute to or are the cause of five — heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. In 2017, the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association redefined the parameters for high blood pressure. The change wasn't arbitrary.
