High temperatures and humidity can 'significantly' slow the spread of coronavirus, but won't completely stop it, study finds

Rising temperatures and humidity levels will likely slow the spread of coronavirus around the globe, a new study suggests - but changing weather can't stop the disease alone. As the weather grew warmer and more humid in 100 Chinese cities researchers at Beihang University and Tsinghua University found that the transmission rate of COVID-19 fell.
