Imus Ranch All Organic Granola

The Kids love it!  Great for breakfast and snacks. 

 We serve it with homemade Brazil Nut Milk.


 Ingredients

1 chopped apple

1 cup chia seeds

1 cup flax seeds

1 ½ cup dates

1 cup of grade B maple syrup

½ tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 teaspoons sea salt

2 cups of water
Combine these in blender until smooth and put in a bowl.

¼ cup sunflower seeds

2 cups raw almonds

3 cups raw pecans

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup goji berries or other dried fruit (optional)

Preparation Time 10 min.
 

Combine the blended ingredients in the bowl with the nuts, seeds, dried fruit etc…place on trays and put in dehydrator or bake at low heat at 300 for about 30 minutes or until crisp.
