Sugary drinks may be sweet to the taste, but not to your health. Sugar-sweetened drinks have been linked to a host of health problems including diabetes and obesity – but consuming them not only causes diseases, it can also lead to death. A study published in the journal Circulation revealed that just drinking a can of sugar-sweetened beverage a day can increase your risk of dying from heart disease by 31 percent.  Read more.....
