Judge Rules False Advertising Lawsuit Against Sanderson Poultry CAFO Will Proceed

There's overwhelming evidence showing that antibiotic use in livestock is driving the rise in antibiotic resistance, and many poultry producers — including Tyson Foods, Perdue and Pilgrim's Pride — have taken steps to curb antibiotic use in their live poultry production.  In recent years, a number of grocery and restaurant chains have also vowed to stop buying and selling chicken raised with antibiotics.
