Lactobacillus fermentum ME-3 A New Frontier in Glutathione Therapy

Lactobacillus fermentum ME-3 (often referred to as ME-3) is a strain of probiotic bacteria that was discovered and isolated at the University of Tartu, Estonia in 1995. At the time, scientists were surveying a wide range of Lactobacillus bacteria, looking for strains that might exhibit antioxidant activity.
