New Film Indicts Public Health Regulators For Recent Water Catastrophes

The film What Lies Upstream positions the recent water catastrophes in West Virginia and Flint, Michigan, as springboards to discuss the systemic—and often shocking—lack of oversight for the water we all drink, bathe in and cook with.
