Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital Opens Innovative Outpatient Specialty Center in Hackensack, NJ

Last month Hackensack University Medical Center officially opened the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital Outpatient Specialty Center with a ribbon cutting to introduce the new location. The facility, at 155 Polifly Road in Hackensack, NJ, is one mile from HackensackUMC’s main campus and will provide significantly more space for three of the Children’s Hospital’s 30 pediatric care practices.

An inaugural class was recently held at the Northvale Volunteer Ambulance Corps for a new course, “30,000 Feet for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs),” created by George Carter, MICP, NREMT-P, EMT-B of Hillsdale, a paramedic and lieutenant of the Westwood Fire Department.
