Visitor Parking Services provides daily management of all parking garages and valet services at the medical center. Visitor Parking staff maintains the Essex St. Garage & the Women’s & Children’s Garage by providing access control and parking fee collection.

Parking is available to all visitors in the Essex St. Garage and Women and Children’s garage for a nominal fee (currently  $ 6.00).  Patients / visitors returning to the medical center for multiple visits on the same day may request a Same Day Return Voucher for an additional fee (currently $ 4.00).

Visitor Parking also provides Valet Services at the John Theurer Cancer Center & Medical Plaza Building for a nominal fee (currently $ 8.00). We also offer complimentary valet service to any patients who present to the Emergency Trauma department for treatment.

John Theurer Cancer Center           Mon-Fri    6am-7pm             Sat & Sun    6am-7pm

Valet hours of operation are:

Medical Plaza                                     Mon-Fri  7am-4:30pm        

John Theurer Cancer Center          Mon-Fri  6:30am-5:30pm

Emergency Trauma Dept.                24/7 for all patients

Please note Handicap Parking spots are available in all garages and free handicap valet services are available at the Medical Plaza & John Theurer Cancer Center. We do not accept credit cards for payment.
