Post-exercise chemicals found to inhibit the growth of breast cancer tumors

Regular exercise has numerous health benefits, including decreasing the risk of various diseases. One of these is breast cancer, the exact mechanism of which has been uncovered by researchers from the University of Copenhagen. Exercise that leads to elevated heart levels and heavy breathing stimulates the production of catecholamines, which in turn inhibits breast cancer growth, the team reported.  Read more...
