TYPE 2 diabetes is a common condition that causes a person’s blood sugar level to become too high. One of the best ways to prevent the condition is to exercise every day - the following three exercises are most effective.  Type 2 diabetes is a serious condition which can seriously damage your feet, eyes and kidneys. While the condition can be genetic it is often caused by poor lifestyle choices such as lack of exercise.
